Erin Wilkinson joined McCarthy Wealth Management in 2016 and is the Director of Operations. She keeps our office operations humming along smoothly and efficiently.
Highly accomplished, she has earned her Series 7, 24 and 66 securities licenses providing her with expert knowledge in operations and regulatory compliance. In this capacity, she diligently assists clients with all manner of account related administration, including account establishment, transfers and funding, and ongoing account maintenance and integrity. Erin is very detail-oriented and enhances our clients’ experience by ensuring that their needs are met. Internally, Erin oversees the overall functionality of the office by managing corporate finances, handling payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring the advisors have the resources they need.
As a leader, Erin has served on the board of the Advisor Group National Operational Excellence Council since 2022 and works to improve operational efficiency for thousands of advisors affiliated with Advisor Group. As part of this council, she serves as a resource to help identify and prioritize operational challenges and opportunities to enhance the ease of doing business for the broader advisor community.
Erin is also dedicated to mentoring the next generation of professionals. She has been a Girl Scout Troop Leader since 2013 and is looking forward to guiding ‘her girls’ through the final phase of their scouting journey. In her free time, she enjoys photography, reading, and traveling with her family.
Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree as a double major in Government and French from prestigious Claremont McKenna College.

Where can you usually be found on a Saturday morning?
In my backyard, sipping coffee, listening to the birds and working on my weekly Bible study homework.
If time and money were no object, what would you choose to do?
I would work on my photography, take dance lessons, and learn to play new musical instruments, hopefully leading to a spot in a symphony orchestra.
