Junette has devoted her career to attending to the needs of her clients and incorporates sophisticated, state-of-the art technology to ensure that her clients and their financial needs are properly cared for.
Formerly a “rocket scientist” with a background in engineering and space satellite design, Junette found that her passion was in personal finance. Today she uses her technical skills combined with her passion to serve others to create long-term investment and planning strategies that empower clients to help achieve their financial goals. Junette finds it gratifying to help her clients find clarity and confidence in making educated financial and life decisions.
Jeorjia Sun, CFP®, CPFA®

Jeorjia (pronounced: jor-juh, like the state!) has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. She knows what truly makes a financial strategy come to fruition – and it's not the portfolio value. It's how well you connect with the people you are trying to help and understanding their personal needs – financial or otherwise. She is passionate about educating clients on their options and guiding them to reach their goals, always giving careful attention to the client’s best interest. Her past experiences with Raymond James Financial Services and LPL Financial have enabled her to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
Erin Wilkinson
Director of Operations
Erin Wilkinson joined McCarthy Wealth Management in 2016 and is the Director of Operations. She keeps our office operations humming along smoothly and efficiently.
Highly accomplished, she has earned her Series 7, 24 and 66 securities licenses providing her with expert knowledge in operations and regulatory compliance. In this capacity, she diligently assists clients with all manner of account related administration, including account establishment, transfers and funding, and ongoing account maintenance and integrity. Erin is very detail-oriented and enhances our clients’ experience by ensuring that their needs are met. Internally, Erin oversees the overall functionality of the office by managing corporate finances, handling payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring the advisors have the resources they need.
Karen Kahui
Client Experience Specialist
As Client Experience Specialist, Karen will be your first point of contact here at our office or on the phone. She is responsible for our special events as well as client scheduling and marketing. Karen is a lifelong “Westerner” having grown up in Colorado, Arizona and Wyoming, but now calls Orange County home.
Karen has over 20 years of experience supporting executives in various industries including Healthcare and IT, bringing not only a wealth of administrative knowledge but a bit of humor as well. She’s an efficient, compassionate and supportive professional who is attentive to the needs of our clients as well as our team. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a diligent, resourceful, and good-natured member of the team. Karen holds a BA degree in Sociology from San Diego State University.
